Comments:
This is the Limited Edition
version of the Daisy Model 45. The older guns in the Daisy 45
series had very stiff firing mechanisms (trigger pull > 12 lb). Later versions (labeled
as 4500) are much smoother. The magazines are interchangeable
among all the versions.
Performance:
Measurements were made on
8/27/06 at a temperature of 87 ºF and 14' elevation. A ten shot string was fired
from a bench rest at 15' using RWS CO2
Target pellets (7.2 gr).
The highest velocity measured was 445 fps, the lowest was 404 fps
(average of the 10-shot string was 427 fps). A six shot string
