Comments: This is a continuation of the Hahn/Crosman Model 45. It holds 6 BBs in the rotating cylinder and 12 more in the spring-loaded feed tube. This gun was rebuilt by Bryan and Associates. It has better performance (muzzle velocity and accuracy) than is typical of the Crosman Western BB guns.

Performance: Measurements were made on 8/03/06 at a temperature of 86 ºF and 14' elevation. A ten shot string was fired from a bench rest at 15' using Crosman Copperhead BBs (5.1 gr). The highest velocity measured was 370 fps, the lowest was 330 fps (average of the 10-shot string was 355 fps). A five shot string fired with open sights grouped at 0.73". Left Side Markings:
Loading BBs: Pull the spring follower back all the way and load BBs until the tube is full. Rotate the cylinder to allow a BB to fall into each of the six chambers. Add six more BBs to the BB tube.
Loading CO2: Insert the CO2 cylinder into the valve seat and tighten (finger tight only -- no tools) the cylinder nut. Cock the gun and fire it two or three times to pierce the cylinder. Cocking the gun pierces the cylinder, not over tightening the cylinder nut.
